No idea what “Dirty Box” means. I’m guessing it’s a Scarlet Letter type of announcement.

It’s a Scion xB, which is pretty boxy. Not sure whether the dirty part is the car itself, or the driver. The car does look pretty dirty. It looks to have been rear-ended at least once.
