I don’t think the guy is smart,. I don’t. I think that his good hair, height, testicles, and whiteness took his smart when he was a small child and ran away with it. He, after all, had no subsequent need for it anyway.
Popper is not the easiest of reads so a comic book form is kinda exciting.

Until he really does get turned down from the SCOTUS spot, I would wait on drinking those tears. He does seem the sort to taunt when he does get the position.
