I mean, I’ll say that even if I’m NOT teaching Ginsberg in class! 
And right, it’s not a defense against egregious behavior. We get lattitude, but it’s not a get out of jail free card (especially if you’re not a tenured or tenure track person).
But yeah, all this. and now that its’ been echoed by a guy who also have experience in our realm, maybe some others here will take notice… (bitterness not aimed at you, BTW).
