The left right spectrum needs to be taken with a bit of relativity. I’m from Canada, and here the national Liberal party is considered centre-left, NDP and Green are considered left for us, and we do have extreme left parties, but they are not as popular.
In BC, however, the provincial Liberal party is considered the right wing party, as the conservatives have very little support. The Greens and NDP are closer to centre left there.
If you’re trying to make a point about how right leaning Canada is, you could talk about the global left-right spectrum, but if you’re discussing party platforms in the current political climate, it’s less useful to describe all parties as right. Greens are very left, but not extreme left, for Canada right now.
Because not all of us do take such a narrow view and do look at where we sit globally, especially when posting on a global forum, and therefore don’t speak or think of them as being “centre left”? As I said:
I’m not disagreeing that the spectrum is shifted right in Canada, but I’m also not some kind of obscure, lone voice referring to the Liberals this way as a Canadian. The Wikipedia article says the same thing:
… generally sits at the centre to centre-left of the Canadian political spectrum
I think we’re infighting on semantics here. We agree that it’s left of centre in Canada and right globally, why do you have a bone to pick?
I am sure there are more compromising photos of her using single user plastics. Probably nothing as grotesque as showing up for a school halloween party in black face though. Maybe someone can photoshop her into a Tesla for giggles?
