CBD is psychoactive.
but less psychoactive than THC.
How so? Do you think is Because CBD induces a sedative effect, relaxing the muscles? Or is it because THC is more dissociative and introspective, often times resulting in paranoia, instead of peaceful oneness? Surveillance and harassment cause paranoia too. Does that make them psychoactive? Blunt force trauma causes loss of sensation, does that make it less psychoactive? I’m really just curious about these phenomena more than anything. Psychonautic expeditions with ethnobotany in search of wellness.
I guess I meant more in terms of what most people consider “getting high”. As it was explained to me, THC and CBD work in conjunction with each other. A traditional high people are looking for when they used mj for recreational purposes is attributed to high THC levels and lower CBD, where as low THC and higher CBD some one can experience the medical benefits (pain suppression, anxiety suppression, etc ) with less of that “high” feeling that most recreational users are looking for.
