Some of the replies to the tweet (Internet Archive) asked for Dino Crisis (or Dino Crysis as one put it), which was also a series that went from survival horror to action-adventure. Dino Crisis 3 in particular is something which Capcom could try to put right by getting closer to the original time-travel concept and involving characters from the first two games. Dino Crisis 2’s producer was also on the GameCube remake of the first Resident Evil during DC3’s development, so if a Resident Evil game got screwed-up in the process of remaking Dino Crisis, it would be familiar.
