Well it IS Maru who is mostly liquid.
Hmm… our now-departed monster barn-boy couldn’t get through our pool fence, ~8cm gap between verticals. His head didn’t fit.
Big cat…
That could be, I don’t know. He was really a lunatic. The cat box was originally next to the washing machine and we moved it as it seemed to foul the clothes leaving the dryer next to the washing machine. Maybe that annoyed him? This lasted about 12 years though, and he constantly exhibited nutty behavior. He was also the friendliest cat I’ve ever had and we were best friends until the day he died.
If he was unhappy about things and that caused nut-ball behaviors, then I assume he was miserable constantly. He didn’t seem to be. My daughter is a vet and she spent her childhood with this cat and never mentioned this possibility, although that doesn’t mean that I’m saying you’re wrong.
My younger cat Ruby is a little hyper, and I’m having the same issue with her right now, as she and the older cat have grown into the cat tray. I really need a bigger one, but finding specialty and/or uncommon (cats instead of dogs) items in Tijuana is difficult at best.
I’ve found her preferred litter, and scoop it daily, but she’ll paw around the tray or try to shred the inside of the tray itself sometimes in lieu of actually moving litter.
My daughter told me this evening that the rule for cats and cat boxes is if you have two cats, three boxes are best, and some distance from each other. I don’t know why.
Yes, well aware, but space is limited right now. Working on trying to move soon.
