Not watched the video because I’m a text person, but I would also refer interested parties to Elizabeth Sandifer’s on-going ridiculously close critical analysis of their work, entertainingly framed as a war of duelling magician.

It’s just a stab in the dark, I’m reminded of Lemmy explaining why he never got on that well with his colleagues in Hawkwind (or vice versa) - they did have a lot in common, but in the end the interpersonal problems came down to them doing different drugs.
(I forget which, possibly amphetamines vs cannabis?)
