It is, actually. His political career is over. I googled his net worth. It’s “only” $4 million. So he probably will need to work to keep his current lifestyle and what not. Maybe a book deal. Showing up on Fallon every so often won’t pay the bills.

I predict that Chris Christie will continue to be a power player for at least another decade, and probably longer.

The wealthy people who really run New Jersey have no ideology or moral philosophy, they are all about amassing more wealth and status, by any means - legal or illegal. Chris Christie has always been willing to be their paid hatchetman, and they aren’t through using him yet.

Piscopo is, well, he’s always been a little too far right, but we’ll see. I mean, we’ll see who runs against him. Booker jumped straight to Senator, so I’m not sure who the D side could trot out. Maybe Al Franken wants to change states?
