The Q-nuts should be able to work themselves up over that phrasing.
A lot of folks like to attack “San Francisco Democrats” as being out-of-touch liberal moonbats but at least three of the most powerful women in the history of the Federal government (Pelosi, Harris and Feinstein) came up through San Francisco’s Democratic political machine. Not a legacy to be snubbed at.

I edited it to highlight the phrase. What I mean is that Q are going to interpret it literally and discard the obvious, unsaid words, “before now”, and go build on a crazy theory that President Biden admitted to not being the President.
