There are several Lebanese food places near me, and through them I learned about pickled beets, turnips, carrots, and radishes. So yum!

I’ve got family in Jackson and love pickles. Spicy bread and butter pickles are my favorite.
But there is an obvious (or maybe not obvious) reason that I wouldn’t feel comfortable with any event in Jackson where the crowd looks like this:

Try the mexican take on some of those pickles, like carrots.

We’ve got one of those up here, too. I considered going with friends, but it sold out months ago. Pickles are tremendously popular.
