The concrete block questioned the Russian government’s COVID response and “fell” off the building.
Well he doesn’t have to worry about the snow now.

A few years back my bike commute took me past a construction site. For some reason a crane was suspending a heavy load over the left lane in the road and this one driver just sat there waiting for it to move. Everybody else just went past but that guy wasn’t taking a risk.

It looks like that viralhog youtube channel took the guys original video and added foley sound effects (you may be thinking it’s odd that the sound of a car being destroyed is the same as a bunch of kitchen implements falling on the floor)
I’m thinking that the panel fell off because of decades of “deferred maintenance”.
