Just wait a bit and you’ll be able to pick up Twitter for a few bucks
So who’s next in the dead pool? Gab or Twitter?
“any more”? What reasonable person believed that in the first place?
Do Twitter itself next.
Truth Social would already be dead if not for the one user it was created to placate.
How the heck did I forget Truth? Almost tossed Rumble in the list, but video is different enough.
Oh dear. How sad. Never mind.
Then why did they they rename the company to Starboard, which is boaty for right?
Considering people like Ye and Elno are the sort of people buying such things, they may not be hoping to sell to reasonable people.
Funny. Because Twitter is becoming a Twitter clone just for conservatives.
It sounds like they’re buying it for the subscriber base, not the app. A ready-built self-selected gullible audience, ripe for crypto scamming and food buckets, perhaps. Give them enough rage bait to keep them engaged, and beat the money pinata as hard as you can without losing them.
Time to start a meme that Parler is being revamped into the Official Care Bears Happy Fun Time Dating Service.
Temporarily Shut Down
When has a service that’s been “Temporarily Shut Down” ever been turned back on? Truly curious, because that sounds like “Grandma is being cryogenically frozen.” Sure, but don’t bet on her telling droll stories at Thanksgiving dinner ever again.
That’s more like it!
To really set it ablaze, start the rumor that Parler was sold to a front company that is run by undercover FBI agents/informants looking for the remaining January 6th participants that “didn’t show up” in DC.
Otherwise I look forward to a merger between Parler and Truth Social with each believing that the other group has money to plunder, with both ending up in lawsuits between each other while accepting each other’s pre-merger lies, and the eventual bankruptcy auction.
Parler has done it before after 1/6.
It’s all right, Johnny, Parler’s gone to live on a lovely farm…
