Same principle as the moving dragon head illusion. Both are great

Oddly it took about 20 sec into that dragon video before i could see the illusion rather than inward curved dragon head. Guess my brain had been primed by the one in the article.
I came to post that. I love that illusion.
The illusion is based on the principle known as the Hollow Man, and is ancient. You see it in the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland with the two busts that follow you as you walk past them.
