When I was learning guitar I had to learn the Spanish names for the fingers on my right hand: pulgar, indice, medio, anular.* I knew these words before I could name any other body parts in Spanish.
*and extremo, but we don’t use that finger

There’s a character in a fluffy but fun supe-fantasy detective series named Charly Davidson who does exactly that.
For instance, she calls her brain ‘Barbara’, her skull “Fred,” and IIRC, her right ovary is named ‘Beam Me Up’, while the left is named “Scotty.”
