Don’t be too rough on yourself. Imagine how your child would feel becoming internet-famous in this way.
Our son (now 31) reached a point where he no longer wanted to be photographed. He has no social media presence and there are extremely few current pictures of him to even see. His own control of his images is probably something to be admired.

I could imagine someone is working on an app that will do this for you with convincing composites if you feed it a dozen pictures of yourself spaced out evenly.
