It feels like they should get a slightly lighter sentence for making the effort. At least they’re not being assholes in a boring way.
that takes some real balls.
Seems that they could get a job with less effort and danger and maybe(?) make just as much. I mean, there has got to be dangerous jobs that will pay a little more than average for people that have no fear of dying.
Combo tv/dvd players? Nice way to fund their underground street racing careers.
They need some type of surfer-looking undercover cop to bust this group.
I mean, just become a stunt actor if you’re going to go to that trouble.
Do you know how much of a pain in the ass it is to get certified as an underwater welder?
I wonder if they practiced jumping into a rental truck first, or just watched movies and figured how hard could it be?
I don’t need anything that bad. But, A for effort…
These guys were both fast and furious!
Wow, right out of a movie. So what are they stealing that is worth this sort of tactic? I mean, it can’t be that big or a lot of something as you still have to transfer it from the truck to the car.
They could make better money plus union benefits in the movie industry.
See! That’s what socialized medicine gets you! Criminals totally unafraid of ending up broken and homeless after a dangerous heist… /s
Came here to point out this is basically exactly the plot of the first Fast & Furious movie, but you said it funnier than I was going to.
I love how they add intriguing heist music. This just made those guys 10x cooler for getting caught on camera.
And they say you won’t learn anything useful from watching all the Fast and Furious movies!
Curious that there’s illumination inside the sealed compartment, although I suppose that was needed because they installed cameras.
Nevertheless, there is an easy cure, the driver taps the breaks brakes and these two jokers do a little asphalt ballet. The trucking company just needs a proximity alarm on the rear of the truck to alert the driver of shenanigans in the rear. (I wouldn’t be surprised if there are drivers in on the theft as well.)
Brakes not breaks. (Before even more people read it and think it’s correct.)
(Just exercising my Pedant Pendant. I hear they may take it away if you don’t use it by sending a ‘cease and desist’ from time to time.)
Thanks, you’re right of course, those ARE the brakes.
