Would have been nice of the driver with the dashcam to try and warn people about the out-of-control car. A courtesy honk or two might have alerted people on the other side in time to prevent an accident.

This is the US. There’s decent odds that if she has an issue, it’s gone undiagnosed, untreated. Because we’re the least civilized of all the developed countries, and half the population is too afraid of the word socialism for us to have nice things everyone else has.

There’s also the fear of losing one’s driver’s license, because there are substantial areas where you can’t get around without a car because public transportation sucks or is nonexistent and taxis are too expensive for day to day use. And you cannot move because you’re socioeconomically trapped there. So overall no win.
