David Dao's injuries: concussion, two front teeth knocked out, broken nose

I’ve completely forgotten where I saw that, and it very well could have been wrong - there’s been a fair amount of sloppiness in reporting this incident. Although at this point it’s pretty irrelevant now that it’s come out that the airline couldn’t demand that he leave the flight because it wasn’t one of the circumstances in which they could ask that, according to its own terms of service.

I think that was first brought up by TMZ, who get paid to do that kind of thing.

Heather Mallick at the Toronto Star lays it on TMZ. I’ve never heard of Everipedia before, and I’m quite familiar with Wikipedia and its nearest shadows.
