This is the first person who I regularly heard and whose voice I am familiar with who has been killed by the Israeli war in Palestine.
He was also a teacher and mentor to many Palestinians I hear.
ETA
He was rung up in school the day before and told to leave the school. He went to his sisters and was killed there with her family.
