Why? Thanksgiving isn’t for another 11 months?
Who cares where you make it? Just so long as it’s extra patriotic and full of cranberry sauce, ok?
Oh, Canada, aren’t you way ahead of us again?
Yeah didn’t I have a turkey dinner already cause MrsTobinL is from Canuckistan?
Wont I likely be heading to Vancouver to get away from the crazy and having dinner there?
Vancouver, BC or Vancouver, Washington?
Am I the only one who doesn’t like turkey, but certainly appreciates just about every other part of the meal?
Vancouver BC of course, cause who doesn’t want to go to Red Cat Records for one’s birthday?
May I wish you a very happy birthday?
You may indeed, though aren’t I old enough that I am mostly happy with a nice dinner and good drink for a celebration?
Don’t I feel the same way? Don’t I go with a chicken instead? Doesn’t it cook way faster, take up less room in the oven, and the texture of the meat is much nicer? Don’t I do a duck and a ham, also? Aren’t I doing two of each this year, because I’m hosting an entire horde of ratsclan and several hangers-on?
Will you be using a special marinade in order to keep the family squabbles to a minimum?
Oh man, didn’t I miss that thread completely? Am I spending too little time here lately? Isn’t my Regular status in jeopardy? Don’t I hate it when real life intrudes into my online time?
Hey, how are you guys doin’?
I haven’t been held hostage recently, so there’s that?
Although, since we’re pulling The Boy from private school for a public kindergarten after next week, things could be better?
Aren’t I so amused sitting in a first year undergrad pitch competition? So amused!
Aren’t undergrads the worst?
I don’t think so? Aren’t they adorable? With their naiveté and entitlement?
Are you sure you weren’t hanging out with a basket of kittens?
(I kid, of course, since I, too, am an undergrad.)
What’s a pitch competition?
Singing? Baseball?
