Don’t I feel the same way? Don’t I go with a chicken instead? Doesn’t it cook way faster, take up less room in the oven, and the texture of the meat is much nicer? Don’t I do a duck and a ham, also? Aren’t I doing two of each this year, because I’m hosting an entire horde of ratsclan and several hangers-on?
