Robocop meets Short Circuit? Doesn’t that sound great?
Isn’t Blomkamp a bit one-note? I mean, District 9 was an interesting debut, but hasn’t he gone downhill each film since? Aren’t I not that heartbroken that his Alien film got postponed (but because of Prometheus 2, blech)?
(speaking of Short Circuit, isn’t Fisher Stevens apparently in Hail, Caesar!?)
Aren’t I really hopeful they’ll manage to keep things from spinning into a Lost-class morass? With people like Kevin Mitnick weighing in on the show and lots of chatter at DefCon and elsewhere shouldn’t’ we hope they’re listening some but keeping the writers focused on the story arc rather than impressing the fans?
Do I think @xeni add’s a ton of great material to BB (and am I eternally grateful that she featured my hedgehog on BB), but much prefer @pesco’s music recommendations?
Isn’t that why I made the comment about inconsistencies that don’t pertain to the hacking realm? Hasn’t a lot of the show’s PR played up how much they are doing to “get it right” in that arena, while they can mention radioactivity in one scene, and a more chemical oriented poisoning in another, and keep the mental illness wildcard in their back pocket?
Have I so poisoned the reputation of my (for want of a better word) taste by kinda liking Chuck E. Cheese even now in my 40s when I should certainly know better?
Or is it that y’all will never forgive my fondness (for lack of a better word) of a $5 Little Caesar’s pepperoni pizza?
Is it take your husband to work day today? Is it weird that I’d rather be listening to surgeons and cardiotechnicians talk me through what they’re doing than going to a restaurant, bar, sportsball match or whatever else normal people do for fun?
Honestly though, is there anything more relaxing than spending the morning sitting around a sewing table and having a chat about an interesting topic? Isn’t it a shame that they don’t let you bring tea into the room?
