Turns out that it does not work if you have popcorn ceilings. Instead, it just shears off a few of the popcorn nubs and now you have popcorn nubs all over the floor. 1/10 would not recommend.

My dog hates (fears?) the yoga ball even more than the foam roller. I do not think he would like to find out about this.

I knew a PT who couldn’t bring his dog to his office for this reason.
