Back out of the room, so it’ll hit you in the face
Toronto Star’s editorial cartoon.
Backstory: As well as meeting with “Freedom Convoy” leaders last year, some of them just met with visiting Alternative for Germany members.
The ironic thing is, the last 2 panels in that comic are very close to a point Adams himself made in The Dilbert Principle, way back when. I think the context was insufferable coworkers: “you’re an asshole, & you’re gone”
ETA:
IIRC it was specifically in response to TFG announcing his candidacy. It was only available via Facebook.
For his definition of asshole though.
“God, Betty won’t shut up about diversity and wage gaps. What an asshole!”
Pretty sure that he has never been a great person to work with.
… and ended again in 2020
Any chance you could keep them? At least for a while? Maybe for, say an extended tour of the northern parts of Yukon? I just know they would really enjoy seeing some Grizzly bears and stuff. Up close.
ZING!
Yah that business with the Alternative For Germany Guy was really shameful. Our conservative MPs are not nearly as faschy as American ones (Poilievre is a disingenuous populist thug, but at least he’s pro-immigration). But still, they had to know who that guy really was that they were having dinner with?
What did the Grizzly (and Polar) bears do to deserve that?
I think they might like it.
About songs, I’m surprised, now that I think of it, the no one has brought up TMBG’s “Your Racist Friend”!
Let’s correct that here and now.

2011, impressive.
Exactly why I quit reading the comic too. For years I was getting the page-a-day Dilbert calendars and partway through one year I decided the negativity wasn’t worth tolerating any longer and pitched the thing into the trash (for good).
Now one of my favorite comics is by Li Chen https://www.exocomics.com/.
She has a great attitude, is creative and generally kind.
