Yeah, my wife and I talked about taking advantage of that. But I try to abide by the “don’t be a jack-hole” mantra. Just know the rules and remind those who try to get around them that there are going to be massive consequences if they don’t piss-off and start playing fair.

I’ve said before, they should have disbarred a bunch o’ lawyers which affided to forged documents during the “foreclosure fraud” cases.
