Yesā¦I agree. Allowing the religious headgear could give Disney credibility, good press and etcetera that might gain more revenue (and being the right thing to do.)
I donāt feel like spending time on explaining why, so Iāll write thisā¦
When crap like this happens in a really big organization - for profit, not for profit, or public sector - I donāt assume organized malice at first. I assume the less complicated explantion - that stupidity, lack of communication, organizational inertia and/or a combination of these.

Except Disney fought it for 7 yearsā¦ I doubt that happens only at the managerial level. You need the backing of the corporate lawyers for this.
