If they actually said nothing that would be better. Volunteering these half truths and outright lies to create the impression of disclosure is the destructive part.

Well, they answered my question. I would think HIPAA would have far sharper teeth than any NDA, but this is a paranoid narcist who has to personally control everyone around him. So, no real news.

Hey, you aren’t supposed to make it that obvious.

What if they hadn’t signed? Would Trump have refused their treatments? Missed opportunity.

Oh, others were found. Good for them. On the other hand: keep an eye on the news. Surely they’ll be out of a job, soon.

Does trump just always have a crumpled NDA in his pocket? “Hello fast food chain employee. I would like to place an order, But first sign here”

Now waiting for “Y-Anon” drops feeding us conspiracy notes about the Donald’s medical reports.

ISTR that he tried to get everybody in the White House to sign one as a condition of employment, but the general consensus is that they would be unenforceable.

Apparently, Lord Dampnut has never heard of the Streisand Effect. What is he trying to hide?
I can remember when LBJ showed reporters his gall bladder surgery scar. I can’t imagine this clown doing anything of the sort.

He’s also got a history of being extremely litigious. He uses those documents to accuse and sue people later. There doesn’t have to be any real violation, like a SLAPP suit.

And pretty insulting to the doctors treating him. It was like saying to them their own professional ethics and HIPAA aren’t enough to keep their mouths shut. Casting the docs as untrustworthy. I would never passivley acuse a doctor who was treating me of unprofessionalism. First because they really earned that MD and second because I want that doctor invested in doing their best for me. The two times I had to call out a doc for bad decisions, I did so only once I had severed our professional relationship.

I know several people have already commented on the moniker “Yankee White.” But wow. Just wow. How insensitive can Trump and cronies be? As my kids would put it, “Even more than that.”

The memo that is listed in is dated 1998. I can’t figure out from the wiki whether that was in the original 1977 implementation, or the changes in 1998.
