No relevance to the topic whatsoever except for well… dogs!

Top to bottom: Ruby (pug-beagle land seal) and delicate old lady Abby, who now wears a nappy because of spinal issues she’s had since before she was rescued which have resulted in complete incontinence.

Delightful toy cavoodle Grace (on her special chair) and even more toy-like Bailey, also a cavoodle and impossible to take a photo of because he literally never stops moving.

Yeah, in proportion to their average lifespan humans have a verrrrry long juvenile phase. By mammal standards, anyway.

Did someone say dog photos?

Here is our pal that made it to 18 real years. My parents had a neighbor that was breeding shar peis, a stray lab got in and spoiled (their word) the litter, they were going to have them put down because they weren’t pure bread anymore. We took one and my parents took the other.

He could have eaten the cats anytime but he was a big baby and very protective of our daughter.

This is towards the end.

And here is that same white cat 16 years later. Some days we think this is it and some days he’s like a kitten. This was a couple days ago.
