In the days of raster scanned tube TV’s they say most dogs couldn’t see complete images…something to do with their persistence of vison characteristics ??? Cats, on the other hand seemed to be able to see those screens; if you had a cat and a console TV watching hockey was often through the extended fingers of a cat trying to catch the puck. Now dogs can see TV, there’s just nothing to watch
