Donald Trump redesigned the Presidential Challenge Coin, replacing "E pluribus unum" with "Make America Great Again"

Long text comes off as ranting. It was a lot of pixels to spill over something pretty minor. I found it shrill and an unreasonable thing to let your blood boil over. (Mind you: this morning I told a childhood friend to fuck off over his support for the tax bill. There are plenty of things that are worth boiling blood over right now. Keeping it at a boil all the time is what the right wing propagandists do and that seems…unhealthy.)

You must be new here.

I guess I still count as new… I’ve only been reading and commenting (mostly lurking) for something like 12 years. (This account is a bit newer, but that’s due to BB having switched commenting systems a couple times.)

But enough of Trump, what about the coin?

I think anyone who thinks he or she should be the president of the US is probably pretty narcissistic. But I never understood why Obama got tagged with this. Now, Trump, on the other hand…

He’s missed the last 28 or so script meetings.

Re: African dictator level of insane

You think it’s time to discretely checking the contents of the White House freezer?

I think we can all agree that this is a challenged coin.

Yeah, I’m all set to get self righteously outraged, until I realize that I’d never hear of presidential challenge coins before now, and there are so many other things he’s breaking that actually matter, this is just a distraction.

The people with standing in this context, are either coin collectors, or friends/Co workers/collaborators with the president, and fuckem’ anyway.

I’ve said it in the past (back when he hadn’t been elected yes - well shit) but it’s become truer and truer over time: Donald Trump is like a crasser version of Donald Trump.

And my phone remembered my typing this sentence.
