Years ago I had a “whats the big deal” with voter ID, but have been condemning it since I found there is no purpose for it, as mass voter fraud isn’t a thing. That was at least 4 years ago, probably longer.
No I haven’t. I haven’t done any of that.
Didn’t vote for Trump, not that it’s any of your business.
Other than clearly spam posts like “I like this post, maybe you would like this link.” I have NEVER flagged a post here. Even when someone wished harm on me, I didn’t flag it. I am a big boy, you can say what you want. Even nasty posts to others, I let it hang out there for the ugliness it is.
In short, it appears you have zero Idea who I am. The caricature you have created in your mind doesn’t reflect the posts I have made here. In short, you are becoming what you hate with this sort of stereotyping/rigid world view. Obvious since I am not just like you, I am one of them.
So if you would like to learn more about me, please feel free to ask. Otherwise, I hope you have a super great rest of your week.
She fell from being one of the most popular women in the United States to one of the least popular presidential candidates in about 18 months, so that’s why saying “she is unpopular” is disingenuous because the tail wagged the dog in the polls versus the sustained effort to kill her popularity. I believe that 2016 was the first time she didn’t top Gallop’s most influential women polls in 23 years.
I mean she is one of the least popular presidential candidates, but what happened to get there between 3/2015 and 11/2016? Nixon had less of a fall from grace through Watergate.
He’s not perfect, and we don’t always agree, but I think you have @Mister44 confused for another member who fits the description you just provided to a tee.
I think it’s fair to call the attacks on Clinton during her run unprecedented. Active involvement of the Russian government in sending out false information disguised as news through a source people had unreasonable levels of trust in certainly played a big role in tarnishing her image. The FBI director attacking her during the political campaign was totally new, I think.
Maybe it Eisenhower or Johnson or Kennedy had faced attacks of that magnitude and type they’d be in the bottom two or three instead of at the top of the popularity list. I don’t think that’s a very reasonable guess. To believe that I think I’d need to think that the Russians had mind control rays instead of just insults and lies. Every presidential candidate ever has faced insults and lies. That Clinton’s popularity fell so much makes me think that many of those people who supported her in March 2015 were nonetheless pretty ready to believe bad things about her.
I think facts are almost always misused, so I don’t have any problem with the idea that people often bring up Clinton’s unpopularity in a way that’s deceptive. But she was definitely historically unpopular on election day.
I look at those pics and I just see a fucking lynch mob.
Anyone ‘okay’ with that is part of the problem, IMO; and when shit finally comes to a head, I and others like me will remember who willingly stood with evil.
