I wish they’d made it clear that Trump’s plan to hand over control of his business to his kids (which he hasn’t even done) does not, in any way, constitute a ‘blind trust’ and that the whole discussion of his conflicts is largely confined to looking at properties with the ‘Trump’ name on them, since we have very little information on his financial dealings beyond that. Although given how little we know, it’s rather amazing how many conflicts of interest we can see. The actual number of conflicts must be absolutely staggering.
He may profit if his foreign businesses get favourable treatment. But, what happens if they are attacked by bad guys (quite likely, IMO). I guess he will demand that countries provide special protection. Like NYC is providing at a half $million a day.
