Driver arrested in Ohio for "intent" to hide drugs in vehicle hidden compartment

Ohio recently passed this law, which makes it a felony to drive a vehicle in Ohio which has an aftermarket hidden compartment “with the intent” to use it to conceal a controlled substance. The first arrest under this new law has been performed. Details here:

He should have put the secret compartment in a porta-potty. Even border agents don’t really want to examine those.
