Was a horrific accident around us when my kids were in school from someone who couldn’t clean just the frost off their car. They hit some kid who was crossing the street (the driver turned right on a red) doing cross-country. Dragged him under the car for a while. He was in a coma and had just everything broken.
Healed up just enough to be able to walk for graduation that year.
