There are way too many places where pissing contests are under way, and where if someone makes a mistake, a misinterpretation or misreading, the consequences could be dire. Mostly, I am guessing they will just saber-rattle and go home, but it only takes one. I know I repeat myself, but DAMN I hate this timeline!
Kinda makes me wonder how pilots managed to find airports before September 1983.
