Could be… Though I don’t think so. Toxins have uniform effects typically, the lateralizing (falling to one side) kinda suggest otherwise.
Sure. I was (wildly) speculating that while the intracranial pressure was rising uniformly, something failed on one side of the brain first causing lateralization. But, frankly, I’m not qualified to be doing that.
