If “Harkonnen” is meant to be derived from Finnish name “Härkönen” (as I believe it is), then HARkonnen is more correct as in Finnish, accent is always on the first syllable.

And the o followed by double N in English does not tend to be pronounced OHnn but rather onnen.

No arguments here. Just pointing out that the har-KOH-nenn pronunciation that many were used to was used in the Lynch movie
