Hmm. That song was never all that great to begin with. This version is not likely to get much airplay.

Infinitaly creepier, indeed. Mamma mia.

I have been in Hell’s elevator, it was in downtown Manhattan. A coworker and I were taking a very slow elevator and we found ourselves bobbing our heads to the Muzak.

Me, “Is that?..”
Coworker, “It can’t be. …”
Hellevatr-, “ ♪, ♪, ♫”
Coworker, “That’s”
Me “Nine Inch Nails”
Coworker “Head Like A Hole”
Me “Done in Muzak”
Hellevator, “ ♫, ♪, ♪”
Coworker, “Has nobody noticed this?”
Hellevator-, “ ♪…”

In both cases:

WHY?!?!?!?!

I think I’ve heard it. I wouldn’t be surprised if Trent released it himself.

I quite like the song myself, which is why I’m not going to listen to this.

A quick review of the comments seems to support my decision.

Well, that was less impressive than I hoped.

Sounds fine to me.

“we found ourselves bobbing her head”

I assume this was consensual?

Sounds fine to me. They play it quite often in Scarfolk.

Curious. The effect of the modifications on the vocals made them difficult to listen to; but aside from that I noted no difference in affective effect vs. the standard version. Anyone else?
