Elections 2021 and 2022

COVID and living in Republican states is culling out the seniors who don’t vote Democratic.

The others, who’ve been fighting for their entire lives; should be honored elders.

Was this after a redistricting that should have solidified her hold?

Well some things are right in Kansas at least.

On the Boebert race I hope she loses, of course. If she doesn’t though, let’s not forget that a razorsharp nearly half the people voted against her. I was out in that area yesterday and there are a lot of good people there that want better

Can’t find coverage of it, but folks back home tell WV voted down a total abortion ban somehow dressed up as a tax cut. I’ll keep looking.

It looks like the DFL won back the state senate here in Minnesota and kept their majority in the state house. So we’re solidly blue across the board for now up here.

McCarthy’s party scene makes clear the Red Wave was a big fat dud:

Yeah, looks like it wasn’t as sweeping as they wanted but in all likelihood McCarthy will still take control of the House and have enough votes to cause plenty of headaches.

Oh well, it definitely could have been a lot worse. Fingers crossed for holding on to the Senate! You never know when a Supreme Court Justice may need to be replaced with a new appointee and that alone could be huge.

True about da youts, but he doesn’t say anything about another big block, women voting for control of their own bodies.

Nice catch! And what a coincidence.

Have yet to see a breakdown along those lines. Women generally trend more blue, but it will be interesting to see how much moreso it was.
