This is the content I AM HERE FOR!
What a sweet puppy Chihuahuas are usually pretty high energy anxious dogs, so its cool to see this doggo chillin while momma jams out. Love it
I used to serenade the tabby cat sitting on my right knee while I played 5-string banjo. She dug-in her claws and howled in appreciation (?) of ultrasonic overtones. This Chihuahua dog is much calmer.
Maybe it has something to do with their owners being pretty high energy anxious people.
That was a lovely interlude.
My experience has been that Chihuahuas are like that naturally, not particularly a breed I typically like though I have met some sweet ones before.
I’ll bet cats prefer John songs.
Is… is that a little plastic guitar with a built-in amp? I want this.
Goddess.
Dingos prefer Ringo’s.
Dag, yo, that little plastic guitar is $800.
Carbon fiber guitars ain’t cheap.
But in theory they will last forever, won’t get warped, don’t feel the effects of temperature or humidity.
I suppose if I had to pick one acoustic guitar to keep forever, like if I were on a desert island, it might be a Rainsong or Blackbird Rider.
Yeah, mostly I was not expecting it to be a fancy carbon fiber guitar. I was expecting the guitar equivalent of a Lomo camera – a cheap gimmick sort of device that nevertheless has real charm.
My only personal experience with composite guitars is Ovation, and they’re… fine. Except for they always want to slip out of my lap.
These modern carbon fiber guitars are actually pretty nice, way better than those old Ovation bowl-back guitars.
There are a good plastic ukuleles that sound pretty nice, that’s about as close as you’re gonna come for cheap.
Build your own. See https://www.cbgitty.com for kits, plans, and ideas for “cigar-box” 'ukes, banjos, guitars, etc.
