Nazis believe that all publicity is good publicity. “Debating” their enemies gives them exposure that they wouldn’t otherwise have. Regardless of who is deemed to “win” the debate, it helps them promote themselves and spread their beliefs. Rain Epler probably thinks that if a silly haircut is the way to make him known nationally and internationally, that is a price very well worth paying.
