What the unholy fuck??? He can’t sign an executive order preventing Biden’s election (or not a valid one.) That’s blatant interference in the election process, it’s illegal, and grounds for an immediate impeachment…
…except we’ve seen how that worked before, haven’t we.

I fully expect an October surprise indictment or even arrest based of the hokey Burisma “investigation.” But disqualifying opposition candidates is straight out of the dictator’s handbook, so that may be in there as well.

I think more people are tired of his schtick and what the state of things have become more than they are willing to say out loud. His base is his base, but they are more vocal and don’t have the numbers they appear to.
Now I personally think Nostradumbass is part of the problem, but he didn’t cause it. Ultimately even if you didn’t actually fart if the stink sticks to you long enough…you’re gonna get blamed for it regardless.

BBS won’t let me post this in summer uprising, can’t post three in a row, even if the previous was two days ago.
They are issuing a state of emergency, cancelling police days off, and boarding up businesses downtown in Louisville.
I have a feeling that is telegraphing pretty hard what the announcement of whether to charge the police in the Breanna Taylor murder is going to be.

The only possible, slightly possible, silver lining to this is the chance that the far-right will get upset enough at “Republicans” that they start splitting off out of sheer frustration, forming an informal Q-Tea-Party. If the Republicans came out of this with their own infuriating “Green” party to bleed votes away from the mainstream, that would be something at least.
