CTH has been targeted for a while now. When T_D went into quarantine, CTH quickly followed. Reddit’s official line “promoting hate” and something about how “moderators couldn’t reign in the community”.
I think it was just more mealy mouthed “both sides” bullshit so they could have deniability about “censoring conservative voices” because “see we banned those ‘radical leftists’ over at CTH too!”
(FWIW I have never listened to the podcast, I just went to the subreddit for the memes and conversation.)
