I was pretty much off the grid this weekend and missed this tidbit about the fed judge shooting:

โ€œMost recently, Salas is handling a class action lawsuit against Deutsche Bank brought by investors who allege that the bank failed to properly monitor high-risk customers including, convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein .โ€

Damn.

He says shit like that all the time, it doesnโ€™t mean he really has a plan

If they ask him about it next month he wonโ€™t even remember he said it

Did any of the kpop stans flag that message? I know they said something about flagging Trumpโ€™s account over something but I donโ€™t quite remember what. If not, maybe they should consider going after it themselves in the coming months.

Where are they getting all these agents and where are they being reassigned from? The borders?

CBP and DHS operate in a much larger area than most people realize:

Appears to cover 100 miles from the shore of Lake Michigan. As thatโ€™s pretty much an internal US lake, how does that work?

The same way Spokane qualifies as a โ€œborder cityโ€ despite being over an hour away by car. Because they say so.

Chicago is an international seaport. I believe, and correct me if Iโ€™m wrong, that freighters donโ€™t have to clear customs on the Great Lakes until they hit port.

As I understand it, any international airport counts, and Chicago has two of them.

An international airport is any airport that offers customs service, not just ones that have scheduled international flights. Thatโ€™s practically any small flying field in the border states, and virtually any major airport anywhere. The ACLU map doesnโ€™t show the 100-mile circles around Denver, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Dallas/Fort Worth, Atlanta, etc. for some reason.

CBP has been known to board passenger trains going through Buffalo - including sleepers in the middle of the night - to do passport control, when the train neither came from nor went to Canada. Because they could. Turning sleeping passengers out of bed to present their papers.

The bulge east of the Bay Area doesnโ€™t make sense either, itโ€™s not like the bays are international waters
