Don’t get me wrong, we are in the country and we hear gunfire every day here, but to the best of my knowledge, no one has started shooting at helicopters yet! Based on the locale, I have to think Qanon types, but there are rich meth heads and such as well, I guess. Bringing the military down on your head is not the smartest move. They do tend to kinda take getting shot at personally.

I had a very similar conversation with someone who was worried that NFAC was going to show up here. They were going to be Louisville that weekend.
I asked the person, who is an avid gun rights advocate, since when is open carry wrong?
They replied that there was a time and place for everything and during protests it shouldn’t be allowed.
I asked them why they weren’t concerned when white people did that in the Michigan state house.
They replied it was because obviously they weren’t there to shoot anyone…
I guess the masks were to protect themselves from Covid…
