🍊🍊🍊🤡🤡 Even More Trumpian Events 🤡🤡🍊🍊🍊 (Part 1)

“Everyone” could not have loved him; just talk to the contractors who’ve gotten stiffed by him going back to the 80s and who’ve filed hundreds of complaints. Then there’s documented examples of his racism going back to 70s.

Again with the racist birther shit. It’s sickening.

The clapback from Biden’s camp is pretty good though. No punches pulled or fucks given there.

Yoinked from the WaPo’s rolling campaign coverage:

Trump calls false conspiracy about Harris’s eligibility ‘very serious,’ Biden campaign fires back

Trump, who was a leader of the unfounded birther conspiracy about former president Barack Obama, piled on to similar conspiracies about Harris.

So I just heard that, I heard it today, that she doesn’t meet the requirements,” Trump said when asked about it during a White House press briefing. “I have no idea if that’s right. I would have assumed the Democrats would have checked it before she gets chosen to run for vice president. But that’s a very serious … You’re saying that they’re saying that she doesn’t qualify because she wasn’t born in this country?”

Harris was born in Oakland, Calif. The false birther conspiracies about Harris focus on the immigration status of her parents, who weren’t U.S. citizens when she was born.

Trump said he would take a look at the question of Harris’ eligibility. The president has long called for an end to birthright citizenship. Any person born in the United States, regardless of their parents’ nationality, is an American citizen under the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

The Biden campaign sent a scathing statement in response to the president stoking the false conspiracy theory.

“Donald Trump was the national leader of the grotesque, racist birther movement with respect to President Obama and has sought to fuel racism and tear our nation apart on every single day of his presidency," a Biden campaign spokesman said in an email. "So it’s unsurprising, but no less abhorrent, that as Trump makes a fool of himself straining to distract the American people from the horrific toll of his failed coronavirus response that his campaign and their allies would resort to wretched, demonstrably false lies in their pathetic desperation.”

Just talk to anyone who lived in NY state then.

Or read Spy Magazine.

I’m one of the “anyone”. To my memory, he was always considered to be a scumbag during my time living in NYC. Places in “upstate” NY – read: anywhere in NY state other than NYC (and a tiny percentage of the Staten Island population) — would likely have approved of him, based on his racism (well known of even then).

Yes - I was too. That’s why I said that.

Obviously Trump doesn’t feel that any Black American is really an American.

What a POS.

The trump library is starting to take shape with yet another tell all.

I wonder what a Trump Presidential Library would look like (and not even considering all the documentation he will likely have illegally destroyed before handing over power):

Trump gives credence to false, racist Harris conspiracy

That’s the headline for the AP story. Argh! He didn’t “give credence” to it, he invented it! I wish they’d stop letting him slip just because he uses magic phrases like “Some people are saying” or “I don’t know, that’s what I’ve heard”.

So what? ius solis is the one thing everybody knows about US immigration laws. These are the same people complaining about “anchor babies”, they should know better than anyone how it works. Ugh, it’s just all so predictable. And even more predictable that Trump would jump on the bandwagon. It (kinda) worked before so he’s going to try it again. Plus, of course, he’s racist, so of course he enjoys this line of attack.

At least they’re not mincing words at the Biden campaign.
