i have no doubt that this dude would capitalize “white”, but im surprised that cnn did.
the ap and most other news organizations made a distinct choice to start capitalizing “black” and chose not to capitalize “white” - with a logic that seems sound to me (*)
(*) hey, just cause i can’t find the shift key doesn’t mean other people can’t.

(A stone version of a wooden stave church plopped into the lower courses of a Baltic type castle? A boat with the topsail and straight bow shape of a Nordland boat but the curving stems supposed to recall a Viking Age ship?)
