I don’t know if it is a particularly unique take. Books have been published for decades about death row last meals.

I’ll take a two kg strawberry cheesecake and a gallon of vanilla with peanut butter ice cream, please. As a diabetic that really would be my last meal! (And it’s not like I’d have to worry much about my HA1C at my next blood work.)
