If I’m ingesting rather than inhaling, I usually just make cannabis tea. My muscles like that a lot.
To get the most out of your active ingredients, add a little fat to your warm tea, such as milk, cream or almond milk, as this will bind to the cannabinoids, which are themselves lipids (fats). Otherwise, when you finish drinking you could swab the inside of your mug and find that a lot of the cannabinoids have fallen out of solution and remain stuck to the inside surface.
I already know, but I’m not looking for for increase potency with lipid happiness; the way my body prefers cannabinoids, the higher CBD the better I am. Spasms suck.
