I’ll be damned, “Mini-Teater” isn’t a typo.
I guess backseat DVD players and tablets aren’t ubiquitous in Slovenia. Then again most of the people enjoying the show seem to be the adults in the front seats.
I think they lifted this concept from this LA based socially engaged Art work called Super Clogger.
The video shows a succession of happy viewers, but if that’s a real traffic jam, only one car will see his hard work. But at least he got hipster violin music, so it’s all right.
